Brookhaven’s sit-down breakfast is on Dresden Drive and at Town Brookhaven. Coffee is along Peachtree Road and North Druid Hills Road, and the city’s three Waffle House restaurants are on Peachtree Road, Buford Highway and Clairmont Road.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Brookhaven’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places from the Explore Brookhaven dining listings and kept them only where the place’s own site gave a Brookhaven address, confirmed against the U.S. Census Bureau’s city boundary. Places whose sites would not load for us are left off until we can check them. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Brooklyn Bagel and Deli on Ashford Dunwoody Road says it makes kettle-boiled bagels “the Brooklyn way,” with New York-style deli sandwiches and hoagies for lunch.

Cafe Vendome on Dresden Drive calls itself an authentic French bakery and cafe. It bakes croissants and pastries daily and serves espresso drinks, crepes, quiche, French toast and sandwiches on baguettes and croissants.

J. Christopher’s on Dresden Drive opens at 7 a.m. every day and closes in the early afternoon, its location page says.

Starbucks has two Brookhaven stores with seats inside and out and a drive-thru, its store pages say: one on Peachtree Road and one at Brighten Park on North Druid Hills Road.

Summit Coffee is a coffee shop on Peachtree Road. Its page says there is free parking in the deck at the back of the building or in the lot in front of the MARTA station.

The Flying Biscuit Cafe at Town Brookhaven serves breakfast, brunch and lunch in its dining room or on its patio, its site says. Parking is in a nearby garage, with street parking also available.

Waffle House lists all three of its Brookhaven restaurants as open 24 hours, on Buford Highway, Clairmont Road and Peachtree Road.
